The Danish private equity fund, Capidea, has become the new majority shareholder in Right People Group (\u201cRPG\u201d), which is an IT Freelance Provider enabling organizations to use the power of external workforce by delivering expert IT and business consultants. In close partnership with the management team, Capidea will contribute to the continued growth and development of the company. Following the transaction, the former owners and management team, S\u00f8ren Grud Rosenmeier and Henrik Deichmann Arent, will continue as both significant minority shareholders and in their respective current roles as Group CEO and Group COO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
