Capidea is pleased to announce the successful completion of our partnership with Right People Group and we would like to express our gratitude to all parties involved for their dedication and collaboration throughout the process.

The transaction, which concluded on 22 January 2024, represents a key strategic move for Right People Group and is expected to enhance the company’s position in the external IT services market.

As part of this transformative phase, Capidea and Right People Group are excited to introduce the new Board of Directors, comprised of seasoned professionals with diverse backgrounds and expertise. The newly appointed board members bring a wealth of experience in the external IT services market and are committed to guiding Right People Group through its next phase of growth and strategic development.

Agner N. Mark has been appointed Chair and senior advisor. Agner specializes in assisting private equity-owned tech companies with value creation and business development, including M&A. In this role, Agner has experience from, among others, ProData Consult, Netcompany, Tia Technology, Cepheo, NetTest and MACH.

Agner Mark is accompanied by Helena Cardo Petersen as part of the Board of Directors. With +20 years of experience in indirect and IT procurement from leading positions at Topdanmark, GN Group, FLSmidth and Nets, Helena is poised to bring fresh perspectives and insights that align seamlessly with Right People Group’s vision for the future.
