Capidea strengthens its portfolio by investing in Digital Group.

Today, Capidea has completed its latest investment as a co-shareholder in Digital Group, a leading player in the Danish market for printing solutions. With this investment, Capidea aims to contribute to the continued positive development of Digital Group. The previous owners, Kasper Laurits Hansen Happel, Rasmus Højfeldt, and Ole Stoltenborg, remain significant co-shareholders and retain their current management positions. Stig Bundgaard, with a recent background at imt8 (It Relation) and formerly Partner Herning A/S, joins Capidea in investing and will henceforth serve as Chairman of the Board at Digital Group. Stig Bundgaard brings extensive knowledge of the B2B market and running a service and sales business where proximity to customers is paramount.
