Digital Group Announces the Acquisition of XDC Group A/S

Digital Group has announced the acquisition of XDC Group A/S in Køge, as of October 1, 2024, strengthening both companies’ positions in the market. As a result of the acquisition, the two companies will collectively be able to offer customers optimized and even more valuable solutions.

In recent years, XDC Group has developed a successful business area within IT services, security, and cloud solutions. This area now accounts for 30% of its revenue. This focus fits perfectly into Digital Group’s strategy of creating innovative solutions for its customers.

“As we see print infrastructure moving to the cloud and integrating with customers’ other IT solutions, we are experiencing increasing demand for flexible and secure solutions,” says Kasper Happel, CEO of Digital Group. He continues: “The acquisition of XDC Group allows us to meet this demand by offering even broader and more cohesive solutions that encompass both print and IT services.” At the same time, we aim to strengthen our presence in Zealand so we can be even closer to our customers. XDC Group will continue unchanged under the same name and management.
