Right People Group acquires ShareMinds

Capidea and our portfolio company, Right People Group, are excited to announce the strategic acquisition of ShareMinds, a prominent Danish IT consultancy firm renowned for providing highly skilled IT freelance consultants to tackle complex challenges for leading enterprises.

This marks Right People Group’s second add-on acquisition in 2024, rounding off a highly eventful year following Capidea’s acquisition in January.
