Right People Group acquires Knowit Consulting Services A/S – Strengthens position in the Danish IT consulting market

Copenhagen, 5, may 2025 – Right People Group has entered into an agreement to acquire Knowit Consulting Services, a well-established consulting firm specializing in highly qualified IT and business consultants for both private companies and public institutions.

Knowit Consulting Services is a Danish subsidiary of the publicly listed Knowit AB, which will continue to maintain its other operations in Denmark. Through the acquisition, Right People Group takes over an experienced team, thereby enhancing its ability to deliver highly qualified IT and business consultants.

The acquisition marks Right People Group’s third strategic acquisition since Capidea became the majority owner in January 2024, representing yet another milestone in Right People Group’s ongoing growth journey. The transaction is subject to approval by the Danish Competition Authority and is expected to be completed during the second quarter of 2024.
