Capidea Acquires Majority Stake in Guardique

Capidea is pleased to announce the acquisition of the majority stake in Guardique Products A/S, a Danish designer and manufacturer of high-performance protective cases and custom foam solutions used to transport and protect sensitive, high-value equipment. The investment will support Guardique’s continued growth in Northern Europe and beyond.

In close partnership with founders Henrik Kristian Linde (CEO) and Keld Wedell Seerup (CCO), Capidea will support Guardique’s next phase of growth through geographic expansion across Europe. Additionally, there is substantial value creation potential in consolidating segments of the highly fragmented market.

About Guardique

Guardique was established in 2023 through the merger of Linde & Larsen and Flightcases International and is today one of largest manufacturers of professional protective cases, storage equipment and custom foam solutions in Europe. The company serves a broad B2B customer base across industry and the public sector and compliments own products with distribution right of Peli Products. The business is primarily Nordic with around two-thirds of sales in Denmark and the remainder across the EU and selected international markets.

Guardique operates from its headquarters and main production/warehouse facility (c. 10.000 m²) in Rødovre, Denmark, with additional production facilities in Poland.
