Experience
Nicolai has been with Capidea since 2007. In Capidea, Nicolai has been responsible for both consumer-related, industrial, and distribution companies. Before joining Capidea, Nicolai worked at the Scandinavian private equity firm Procuritas Partners. Before that, he worked at ABN Amro (London) and as a lawyer at Kromann Reumert.

Outside the office
On a daily basis Nicolai benefits from his younger days in the Danish military. In addition to managing Capidea’s funds, Nicolai uses his discipline to organize his children’s leisure activities, which include tennis and horseback riding.
Both activities are sports Nicolai himself practiced as a child, but it is fair to say that both children are now miles better than he ever was.
